Ethnic Results of the Forum of Private Business Year 2000 Survey

In the Forum of Private Business 1998 report we were able to prove, with the help of the University of Nottingham, that ethnic businesses as a group were not treated as well as an equivalent white business.

In addition to the Forum of Private Business ethnic member responses and also the banks who participated in the survey, the South Asian Development Partnership kindly agreed to participate in the survey into the relationship between ethnic business owners and their banks, by posting out the survey to their members.

The ethnic data content in the 2000 bank survey will be published on Tuesday 27th March at a Press Conference in The Hinton Room, the Institute of Mechanical Engineers, 1 Birdcage Walk, Westminster, commencing 10.30 for 11.00 am.
